The Aspire Vilter S POD kit is a compact POD system equipped with a medium capacity battery, with a simple chipset, designed to use interchangeable cartridges with built-in vaporizers. The form factor in which the device is made is quite standard small stick with rounded edges, which has excellent ergonomics. The device is not equipped with a powerful battery, but in addition to it you can buy a docking station, thanks to which the vaper for a long time can not use the charger. The device uses replaceable cartridges with a built-in vaporizer on a grid with a resistance of 1.0 Ohm, which provides the possibility of replacing the plastic drip tip with a paper one, imitating a cigarette filter. Aspire Vilter S POD kit is available in five colors – Black, Gray, Red, Miami Pink, Fuchsia.

It is unlikely that any vaper will argue that Aspire has a special position in the world of vaping. Its devices are not produced in such huge numbers as Voopoo or Smok, but they are always in demand by vapers. The popularity and demand for devices of this manufacturer is explained very simply the company manages to create really interesting devices that are characterized by high build quality, reliability and originality. The company’s developers are constantly pleasing vapers with new products that are almost always successful, and one of them is Aspire Vilter S POD kit.
Not for nothing they say that beauty is in simplicity, and this POD-system is characterized by simplicity, thanks to which it looks very original and worthy. The developers of the company decided to make the device in the traditional format of a neat stick with rounded edges, which has excellent ergonomics. It’s hard to call the device tiny, as its dimensions are 124*22.1*12.6 mm, but its weight is only 31 grams, so it will take minimum space in your pocket (without docking station).
The Aspire Vilter S POD kit is powered by a built-in battery with a capacity of 500 mAh a little, but for a day of autonomous work it will be quite enough. The battery is charged using the USB Type-C connector, located (this is not accidental) on the side edge of the device, with a current of 0.5A.
The Aspire Vilter S POD kit is equipped with a simple chipset that allows the device to operate at 10-15 watts. Activation of the POD system is possible both by pressing the Fire button and by puffing. The device is equipped with a small monochrome display, on which the vaper will find information about the battery charge, the number and time of puffs.
A separate attention should be paid to the docking station, which is referred to by the manufacturer as Vilter Power Bank. In fact, it is a docking station of rather compact size 87*45,3*21,2 mm, which has a built-in battery capacity of 1600 mAh, which is charged with a current of 2A.
Inside the Vilter Power Bank, there is a USB Type-C connector to which you can connect your Vilter S and Vilter device and then close it with a magnetized lid. To activate the dock, you need to press the single Power button.
Aspire Vilter S POD Cartridge
Taking into account that Aspire Vilter S POD kit is initially positioned as a rather simple device, it uses replaceable cartridges with built-in vaporizers. The peculiarity of the cartridge is that you can use both a plastic drip-type and a paper one, which resembles the filter of a regular cigarette as much as possible by tactile sensations.
Vilter S POD cartridge has a built-in vaporizer on the grid resistance of 1.0 Ohm, which can pleasantly surprise with its taste. The device does not have a blowing adjustment, but the manufacturer claims that the vaper will get a traditional MTL puff.
The cartridge is bottom-filling, so in order to refill it, you need to remove it from the battery pack, turn it over, open the plug on the bottom end and pour 2 ml of liquid into the reservoir.
Conclusions and impressions
We cannot say that Aspire Vilter S POD kit is something innovative or revolutionary, rather, it is an improved version of the traditional POD-system, while developing which the company took into account the wishes and comments of vapers. Despite some chic and pathos, it is a simple POD-system, which has many analogs, but it looks decent, has good technical characteristics and is able to please with good taste.
