Voopoo DRAG X PRO POD kit is a medium sized sub-mod designed for 21700/18650 batteries, equipped with the new GENE.Fan 3.0 chip and equipped with the new TPP X POD cartridge. Visually, the new device is very similar to the previously released devices, but it’s also slightly larger, although the increase in size hasn’t ruined the ergonomics. Thanks to the new GENE.Fan 3.0 chipset, the device is faster and more stable, as well as more functional. The new TPP X POD cartridge has become much more convenient to use and can be used with TPP and PnP series vaporizers. The Voopoo DRAG X PRO POD kit is available in seven colors California Orange, Classic Black, Garda Blue, Mystic Red, Sahara Brown, Sapphire Blue and Gobi Grey.

Drag X Pro Device Battery Pack
One of the most legendary line of devices from Voopoo is Drag, because it is thanks to it that Voopoo became the talk of the town and the company immediately became one of the market leaders. Naturally, Drag 1, 2 and 3 are quite decent box mods with more positive than negative reviews. But the fact that the Drag X/S sub-mods were released was a surprise for everyone, especially since they became sales hits right after the presentation. But these sub-mods had some complaints from users, which the company decided to eliminate by releasing the Voopoo DRAG X PRO POD kit.
Voopoo DRAG X PRO POD kit is made in a corporate style, which is very easy to recognize with its neat lines, semicircular one side and rectangular one with display and control panel. Due to its shape, the device has excellent ergonomics (it has already been tested many times), so it sits perfectly in the hand. An additional plus to ergonomics is the presence of eco-leather on the semicircular side. The sub-mod can not be called miniature 135,5*34,5*28,8 mm, but this is due to the fact that it uses a 21700 size battery. Initially, the vaper is offered seven design options, and all of them are in quite traditional calm colors.
The maximum power of the Voopoo DRAG X PRO POD kit is 100 watts, and it is provided by a 21700/18600 replaceable battery (with the help of an adapter), which is installed from below under the hinged lid. If the need arises, you can always charge the battery using the USB Type-C connector located under the +/- buttons with 2.5A current.
Naturally, the pride of Voopoo DRAG X PRO POD kit is the new GENE.Fan 3.0 chipset, which works more stable and faster. But this is a stripped down version of Fan, so don’t expect super functionality from the device. Although the vaper has at his disposal three modes of operation Smart (automatic power selection), RBA (manual control) and TC (thermocontrol). The minimum resistance that raises the board is 0.1 ohms. Activation both when puffing and when pressing the fire button.
The device is equipped with an informative 0.96-inch color display, where you can find all the basic information about the device’s operation. An important plus is that above the charging connector there is a physical button lock slider (GeekVape already had such a thing), thanks to which you can prevent accidental key presses in your pocket.
TPP X Pod Cartridge
Considering that the Voopoo DRAG X PRO POD kit is a new sub-mod, it is equipped with a new TPP X Pod cartridge, which is equipped with an 810m drip tip and is radically different from the previously released PnP Pod.
An important feature of TPP X Pod is that you can install not only TTP vaporizers, but also standard PnP series vaporizers (there are more than a dozen of them, including RBA-base). There are two new vaporizers in the kit – TPP-DM1,0.15ohm and TPP-DM4, 0.3ohm.
It is quite logical that Voopoo DRAG X PRO POD kit has a blowing adjustment. In order to set the necessary level of puff, you need to scroll the cartridge in the battery box (there are notches on the top cover for convenience).
I would like to say a special thanks to the developers for making the cartridge not with bottom filling, but with top filling. In order to refill the 5.5 ml tank, you just need to open the cap in the upper part of the cartridge.

If you think back to the recently released Voopoo Drag X Plus Professional, the Voopoo DRAG X PRO POD kit surpasses it in all parameters, as it corrects numerous mistakes made earlier. A vaper who decides to buy Voopoo DRAG X PRO POD kit will get a productive, practical and versatile device that can please with its work for more than one day.
