Directly POD-system belongs to the vape-pen class, as it is made in the form of a small cylinder, but due to the fact that it is equipped with a docking station for charging, the device becomes a little larger, but its autonomy is significantly increased. Recently, vapers want not only convenient and practical POD-systems, but also a stylish accessory, with which they are not ashamed to go out in public. Therefore, it is not surprising that manufacturers are trying to produce something interesting and non-standard, and the devices should be practical and autonomous. The Aspirecig company (better known in vape circles as Aspire) has recently launched the Vilter line, which has already won the hearts of many vapers. Deciding to continue it, the company presented Aspire Vilter Pro POD kit, which will pleasantly surprise even the most demanding vapers.
The Vilter Pro POD system itself is made in the popular vape-pen format, but this gives it a special chic and glossy body laconic, stylish, strict, not causing the slightest smile. The colors are also classic, and the aluminum alloy body is pleasant to the touch. You can’t say that the device is big, as its dimensions are -123.2*15 mm, and it weighs only 31 grams, so when carrying it without a docking station, it will take up a minimum of space in your pocket or purse.
The POD system is powered by a built-in battery with a capacity of 420 mAh, which is not so bad for such a device. The device is charged in the docking station using a special connector located on the side surface or a second connector on the bottom end (the device is installed vertically in the docking station) with 0.5A current.
Due to the fact that Aspire Vilter Pro is the simplest device possible, it is activated by puffing. The built-in simple chipset provides the device with a full set of protections and guarantees stable operation of the device at a constant voltage of 3.4 volts. On the surface of the device there is a tiny LED indicator, thanks to which you can monitor the level of battery charge, charging directly and activation, which is performed only when puffing.
An important feature of the Aspire Vilter Pro POD kit is the presence of a docking station or power bank for charging in the kit. It looks quite original in the form of a small rectangle, on the side surface of which there is a wide slot for installing the POD system. Inside this slot there are power pins to which the device is connected.
The Aspire Vilter Pro Power bank is equipped with a 1600mAh battery, which is charged using the USB Type-C connector located on the bottom end of the device with a current of 2A. Next to the charging connector there is both a power button and an LED signaling the level of charging of the battery.
Vilter Pro POD cartridge
Taking into account that Aspire Vilter Pro POD kit is a rather simple POD system, it uses no less simple cartridge with built-in vaporizer on a 1.2 ohm grid.There is no airflow adjustment, the device is designed for a tight cigarette puff by default. It is interesting that the drip tip in the cartridge is replaceable, so the vaper can use both a traditional plastic drip tip and one of the three complete paper ones, imitating the filter of a regular cigarette.
To refill the cartridge, you need to remove it from the battery pack, open the silicone plug on the side and pour in 2 ml of liquid.
